Fantastic experience: Fantastic hotel for family's life guards absulote amazing . Activities staff are fab with kids. Only downside is food very repetitive and cold majority of the time. Only good side is there is a microwave to warm up even though you shouldn't have too. Spacious apartments and spotless clean.

Fantastic experience: The hotel is very clean, lovely facilities. The staff are all great. The entertainment team are amazing, soo good with the kids. The pool area is pretty pristine. I have no negative comments to say at all. I'm sure if anybody has a upcoming trip they will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: A good experience totally recommended if you are going with family and children who are the ones who enjoy the hotel's swimming pools the most The hot indoor pool is very comfortable and has another small one of jets although they tell you that it is a jacuzzi but nothing to do It also has a gym, 2 different saunas and showers/jets for cold/hot water The outdoor pool is the great attraction of the hotel for both young and old children who enjoy a lot with its slides and mini golf as well as an animator to keep them entertained There is not much variety of food but it is very good and the service is excellent of 10 (thank them for the treatment they gave us and the detail of the birthday cake we were celebrating) The rooms are nice, large and comfortable with a large balcony. Undoubtedly one of the best I've been to lloret The negative points are the parking lot, which is a dirt field and they charge you €15 per day The outdoor pools are shallow, they are basically for children. The fridges in the room don't cool anything

Fantastic experience: Great for families with kids, good food, though it would be nice to have more local food on offer rather than only pleasing British taste. Rooms are a bit small, but does the job if you are not intended to spend your whole time there. The biggest down side is there is no kettle in the room nor you can have tap water during lunch or dinner. Also pools could be open for longer for example 8-8.

Fantastic experience: I given it a 5 start the staff at the hotel work really hard and are really friendly its a nice place for kids for there first time on holiday the beach is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel the food is really nice and alot to choose from we went there last year the grandkids loved it as there was a lot for them to do they never stayed out of the pool and off the slides will have to wait until next year to see if we can go as we couldn't go this year

Fantastic experience: Just back from this hotel last night, and just had to give it 5 It was a wonderful 10 day holiday with my son. This hotel is in a perfect spot for access to the beach, shops and bars/restaurants in Lloret De Mar,so close to everything that Lloret has but location of hotel is perfect as you don't hear anything or disturbance from the main Streets. The staff and especially reception & bar staff are all friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile, and many are good at speaking English. The hotel amenities are just brilliant to keep everyone regardless of age and ability entertained day & night, inside hotel and outside, and all areas inside and out are immaculate and constantly being cleaned and maintained. The food is plentiful and constantly replenished throughout the meal times, and tables cleared quickly and reset for the next customer, so you are seldom queuing for long at busy times. The bedrooms are clean, airy and They have very comfortable beds, and housemaids efficient with cleaning your room and providing clean bedding and towels. Our room had a fridge which was really handy for keeping our water chilled. Good size balcony with lovely views of the pools. Plenty sunbeds and areas to sunbathe outside and waterpark with lifeguards was exceptional! And the animation staff were brilliant with my son, encouraging him to try activities and took the time to teach him (he's an adult with learning disabilities). I'm already looking at booking to go back next year!

Fantastic experience: Came with open mind after reading mixed reviews. We had our 3 grandchildren aged 14, 12 & 10 with us and I can honestly say we had a brilliant holiday. Rooms were lovely and clean and we had fresh towels every day. The food was lovely and even the 3 picky children always found something that they really enjoyed. The staff in the restaurant were always helpful and polite and I must make special mention to Begonia who was lovely and David who always knew exactly what drinks we wanted. The only member of staff who I could to be very abrupt with children was the manager at the pool bar. The pools, although cold in the morning, warmed up in the afternoon as the sun had been on them. There are plenty of sunbeds and we never struggled to find 5 together. The only downside was being given our drinks in plastic cups inthe bar at night and perhaps you may consider putting tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return if we holiday again in Lloret de Mar Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Stay there from 23rd -30th May (prior to peak season). Approximately 7min walk from the main beach. The hotel rooms was clean and the resort itself has waterpark. The evening entertainment wasn't my personal thing but I could hear alot of people enjoying themselves. Theres security which made my group feel safe. We had all inclusive package - the breakfast was perfect but lunch and dinnertime became repetitive. I can honestly say I enjoyed dinner twice during my week stay. Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. My overall experience I'll give it a 7 out 10.

Fantastic experience: Went there for a holiday with my husband and children, very welcoming staff and helpful from the start. We went there around 2am very exhausted as our flights was delayed but the reception guy was ever so helpful and made us feel welcomed. Beautiful hotel and service. Food is exceptionally delicious with lots of variety to chose from. My children enjoyed the activities they provided for the kids and the kids show was so much fun for them to enjoy. The only downside I can think of is and that is no fault of the hotel or staff but rather some of the rude guests that stared at us because we were not the usual European bunch you’d see there and it was quiet uncomfortable at times but our overall experience was beautiful and something we will cherish forever. Thank you to the wonderful staff who looked after us and the amazing cleaners who always made sure our room was clean and fresh daily :)
