I've been to Japan multiple times and tried many types of Ramen, in all kind of Ramen shops. Since I recently moved back to Europe, I struggled a lot to find a place where to have a GREAT Ramen. Well, finally I found the place, Kan Ramen. The chef here has worked for years with a Japanese Ramen Master and I can totally say that you can taste that. The soup taste is exceptional, rich and tasty, while the pork (chashu) melts in your mouth. The egg is done perfectly (with the yolk semi-done) and the noodles are fine-selected and cooked as they should be for ramen. I can go on hours to describe it, but you really need to taste it. I was there with my wife (she has the same passion as me) and she was about to cry from the emotion of the goodness in that Ramen. We did not have the dessert because we just wanted to keep the taste in our mouth for as long as possible. 150% recommended!
