About Mas Ametller
In a traditional farmhouse of the Empordà, built almost 300 years ago, a renovation with a marked Mediterranean style has been carried out to convert it into accommodation dedicated to rural tourism in the area. The use of noble and natural materials has made this space a highly photographed place, featured in decoration magazines such as Casa y Campo and Habitania.
It is located in Fontclara, a small village in the Empordanet, sheltered by the Montgrí and surrounded by medieval towns and fields that define a typically Ampurdan landscape.
The environment combines proximity to the beaches of the Costa Brava with the charm of its rural roots. The accommodation maintains a natural balance between the traditional and the contemporary, harmoniously integrating with stone walls, patios, gardens, a pool, and relaxation areas. The boundaries of the estate merge with the surrounding cultivated fields, generating a feeling of total integration with nature.

What a wonder. The house is so well maintained and Celi treats you with such closeness and passion that I thought they would have opened recently. And they have been around for 20 years! I don't think anything can be improved. The decoration of the house, the comfort of the beds, the kitchen, the clean and brand new bathrooms, the spacious and comfortable dining room, a huge and well-kept garden ... I don't put more stars in it because I can't. We stayed 2 nights with the kids and had a great time. We will be back for sure !!
