Fantastic experience: This rating is purely for their dark salted chocolate as i've never been to Olot in Spain but am now so desperate to go and check it out purely from having tasted it. Recently i was gifted some by a colleague who returned from Spain. Without exaggeration it has to be some of the best dark chocolate I've ever had (and I've tasted chocolate from all over the world). It is of exceptional quality. Divinity with each bite. If you're a lover of dark chocolate or any chocolate you need to visit Callís. Apparently they've been making chocolate for over 200 years! I learnt this whilst trying to find a distributor or stockist in Australia. Unfortunately i didn't find any :-( They're definitely worth a visit if you are in the area or planning to be.
