Fantastic experience: Surprising find just off the medieval old town of Girona. We were looking for a hotel with parking and within walking distance to the old city. Palau Bellavista was perfect. It is approximately 450m from the old town. Walking to the town is pleasant 10 mins stroll. But the walk back to the hotel requires walking upslope and heaving yourself up staircases. A taxi will do the lifting for you for approximately €10. The restaurant at the hotel serves superlative food. The room service pizza was pretty good too. The staff from the restaurant / bar and check in were truly hospitable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
