They recommend 3 dishes and a dessert per person, although we made 8 dishes and 2 desserts for 4, a perfect amount to not end up too full at dinner. We ordered the transparent lasagna with rice pasta, which was very good, along with the wild salmon, also highly recommended, and the carpaccio of pork feet, which was quite good. Loa patatas bravas and the salad was what surprised us the least and perhaps we would not repeat it. The sauce of the cod with pilpil sauce with ceps was very balanced, we left the plate clean. And the two best dishes are the second ones, the Girona veal with herb butter (done very well) and the super tasty crispy oxtail.
