And kudos for the presentation of the dishes except for the dessert which is served on a plate but with a plastic base, not good for the planet... ;) A good point also for the digital menu. It's a pity that this restaurant is reserved for an affluent clientele as the prices are quite high. The wine served with the meal was €25 while I found the same wine in another restaurant in Empuriabrava priced at €18.5.

Positive experience: I hesitated for a long time between 3 and 4 stars, my rating is 3.5. Welcoming and attentive staff. A menu has 31 € semi gastro with inconsistencies. Sangria first, tasteless, basic, certainly bought at the supermarket. The starters, very good duo of foie gras in small quantities with a salad of flowers and young shoots without seasoning. A low temperature egg with green asparagus, ham and quite tasty Parmesan shavings. The dishes, Saint Jacques Rossini style with monkfish liver I think a little overcooked and dry. A pork pluma (the most tender muscular part of the Iberian pork) which is similar to filet mignon but not as good for me. I found it less tender and more fatty (it made me think more of yeast or grilled pork) with a rosy cooking more than point. The young carrots and broccoli too crunchy for my taste, and an excellent mash. Then come three poor little basic cheese bits and low-end without presentation (although it is expected a more mature cheeses). And finally the dessert to choose from in the window, artisanal French pastry very appreciated and which ends well the meal. Some improvements to be made for a place that deserves a stop.
