Positive experience: We stayed 3 nights. The rooms are a bit dated but have everything you need. The bed was comfortable. We paid for parking as it is impossible to park on the street (20€ per night). We did not take breakfast as there is plenty of choice outside at better prices. We did not hear a lot of noise. Service was good.

Positive experience: Two star hotel in the center of El Port de la Selva. For check in you have to to Hotel Porto Cristo just opposite. I had a nice room with no outside windows (only windows on the inside). Nice bathroom with excellent shower. Tv, airco and good Wi-Fi. The building is not well isolated, you can here what's going on in the room next to yours. There is a kitchen on the grond floor (sadly with a not working coffee machine and no water boiler) and two room terraces with a sea view on the top floor. Breakfasts available in the Hotel Porto Cristo for 12 EUR extra (price 2019). There is a bus service to Llança, Perelada and Figueres (a few buses per day).
